When not in use, Wash with warm soapy water or 70% alcohol and keep in plastic box supplied. In case of ear infection or other ear problems, consult with doctor before use. Fitting : Gently pull ear outward and upward and insert plug into ear canal with slight twisting motion. Do not use force. Allow plug to sit comfortably in ear. If painful, remove and reinsert. Check that strong background noises are blocked while normal speech can be heard. If you can’t hear normal voices, plug is inserted wrongly.
